Refund & Cancellation Policy


Thank you for shopping at Soil and Soul.


If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can return it to us for refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted sale items cannot be refunded


Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or need refund, please send us an email at and send we will guide you on further steps.


Exempt Goods (from refunds):

  • Gift cards / coupons

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Digital downloadable products


Partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



  • Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any Product at any time prior to your order being shipped from the facilities of Soil and Soul . Orders are shipped the same day or next day, depending on the volume of orders. For cancellation requests please write to us at For cancellations made before order dispatch, any amounts paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy

  • Cancellation at the time of delivery – Soil and Soul  does not accept cancellation at the time of delivery

  • Cancellation after delivery - Products once delivered, cannot be cancelled.

Process for Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days


Late or missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • We don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
